- Conduct in-depth market research to understand cultural distinctions, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape across all international markets
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for brand expansion and product introduction
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for each international market, aligned with global brand positioning and objectives
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels relevant to each target market
- Manage the development of marketing materials, including advertising, branding assets, and digital content
- Oversee the implementation of campaigns with effective budget allocation and resource management
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and performance indicators
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for optimal ROI and engagement
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and market insights
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product development, operations) to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to leverage their expertise for market impact

1. At Least Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field

2. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in international marketing for FMCG or consumer goods brands

3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in multiple international markets

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, analytics) and any other marketing tools and techniques

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

6. Proficiency in English and any other another language is a strong asset

7. Cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability to working in diverse international environments

8. Time management and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
