Job Description
• Increase and expand Overseas Agent network (within GAA/WCA or other Network) or Overseas customer as a hunter, develop growth of Sale Revenue, Business expansion and relationship.
• Responds the requests from Overseas Agent network (within GAA/WCA Network) or Overseas customer inquiry and provides quotation for service as per customer requirement and relay SOP to operation team once customer confirmed shipment.
• Ensure focused on overseas sales and service both Air Freight and Sea Freight.
• Ensuring that the requirements of the overseas agent are delivered through completeness of shipment in timely manner
• Organize conference calls with oversea agent network to discuss sales development when it is necessary.
• Sourcing for vendors, suppliers who can provide best service with better rate offer for Import freight charge from overseas agent network, export FCL from Liner, export LCL from coloader, export airfreight rate from airline or airline agent, shipping cost, domestic transportation, cross border trucking cost.
• Manage Cost Center, Pricing Center and Overseas Customer Quotation Center
• Improve and retain relationship with overseas agent network, ship liner, co-loader, airline, airline agent, transporter and etc.for GL business expansion.
• Be market aware, understand the competition, the environment and the clients needs.
• Cost & Tariff confidential, GL confidential are the most concerned.

1. Requirement • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistic & Supply Chain or related fields. • Experienced in Overseas network development,Export-Import of Purchasing Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation at least 3 years or experience in similar field. • Able to communicate with overseas agents and foreigner customers. (Able to writing, reading and speaking English) • Able to work 24/7 as nature of overseas sale which might have to work with overseas agent network at night time (Flexible hour) • Service minded, able to work with team, able to work under pressure. • Positive attitude, target-oriented and willing to work hard. • Knowledge of Computer at least MS Office and E-mail. • Good communicate skill and able to negotiate. • Can-do and positive attitude, Attention to detail
