Job Description
- Support ERP users for program Dynamic 365, Power BI
- Communicate with users to determine cause of any problems and response to cases in a timely manner
- Support IT Manager in IT systems improvement and other assignments

Working Hours: Mon-Fri from 08:30 - 17:30 hrs
Work Location: Bubhajit Building (Sathorn), Bangkok

1. Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science, or similar preferred. - 2 to 5 year experience in ERP system (Dynamic 365, Power BI program) - Able to communicate in English and Thai (Japanese is a plus) - Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Male or Female Age between 28 - 35

2. งานหลักคือการ support พนักงานในบริษัททุกแผนกที่ใช้ระบบ ERP ของบริษัทโดยใช้โปรแกรม Dynamic 365, Power BI บริษัทมีประมาณ 1,000 คน ***ต้องมีประสปการณ์เป็น Support ERP มาก่อนอย่างน้อย 2 ปี และอายุต้อง 28 ปีขึ้นไปเท่านั้นถึงจะสมัครได้*** ขอคนที่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เบื้องต้น เนื่องจากต้องทำงานกับหัวหน้าที่เป็นคนญี่ปุ่น (ถ้าได้ภาษษญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) สัมภาษณ์ครั้งแรกออนไลน์กับทาง IT GM, HR Manager สัมภาษณ์ครั้งที่ 2 ที่ออฟฟิศกับ IT Director, HR Director
