For this position, you will be responsible for EV Charging product support. the . Monitor progress, evaluate risks and attack key issues to ensure the success of project.

Your main role is to:
-Understand product key attributes and architect
-Ability to troubleshoot and identify key technical issues, timely provide a workaround solution to remedy
-Work with cross-function, product teams (hardware, firmware, electrical and IT) to troubleshoot and shape the solution to solve the issues
-Collect and analyze information from multi sources (logs, monitoring tool, trial) to troubleshoot problems
-Monitor and report progress to internal and external stakeholders
-Knowledge sharing to contribute for future product developments
-Proactively contribute to success in your key domain

1. Degrees or Certificate in related areas e.g. Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer or IT

2. Experiences in product supports, especially IT or solutions is highly preferred

3. Key Experienced in Electric Vehicles (EV) is a plus

4. Professional attitude and Team-working spirit

5. Positive working under pressure
