KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop accounting and financial standards, policies, procedures and internal controls.
•Implement and structure finance and accounting functions
•Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
•Treasury and working capital management, cash flow management and FX management
•Manage overall accounting and finance operations and ensure that all account records are accuracy and timely manner.
•Ensure timely submission of monthly and quarterly business reporting with analysis on financial variance in P&L Statement, Balance Sheet & cash flow report
•Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax schedules, filing and payment (VAT, Withholding, etc)
•Communicate effectively with various departments/personnel to obtain accurate information in order to construct an accurate costing structurein order to validate pricing directionand expected outcomes.
•Liaise with auditor on interim and final audit matters

1. At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting

2. Proven working record as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager

3. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

4. Strong accounting skills and attention to detail required.

5. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills required

6. Good command of both written and spoken English.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
