1. Deliver the excellent sales and service to Chinese Customers and handle high volume of inquiries professionally through phone and face-to-face
2. Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing and invoice queries
3. Handle the customer's difficulties and serve them beyond its expectations
4. Raise-up the sales volume and operation of each retail branch
5. Translate the relevant document and/or information to be Chinese when needs

3. Good in Russian and English communication, both written and spoken
