Work with business and IT users globally to identify business needs, define scope, requirements, identifying key issues, designing & presenting the solution, developing, testing, system implementation, and training.
 Liaises with the business community to understand business process and defines how software tools can be leveraged to optimize the business process.
 Create and maintain necessary project documentation, such as blueprint, solution design, test scripts, user manual, and system setup.
 Assist users on system setup and configuration during implementation.
 Provides 3rd level application support.
