Negotiate

• Assist Farm manager to manage trial in open field and seed production in plastic houses in Chiang Rai station.

• Perform seed processing since fruit harvesting, seed extraction, wet seed treatment, seed drying, sorting, labelling and packing to ensure in seed quality and purity before diver to customer

• Responsible to manage landscape, waterway, plants, lawn and fence in/around the station

• Responsible to control farm equipments and schedule of farm vehicle as well as maintenance if needed

• Coordinate with Farm technician to keep soil sample in each plot to analysis by yearly basis and use their result to mange soil fertilities

• Records all necessary information of farm management and report abnormality of crops (if any) to Farm manger

• Responsible for seasonal worker contract and verify seasonal wage report which included working day, leave, OT hours and etc of all functions in Chiang Rai Station and confirm to HR team

• Provides a progress monthly report related assigned works to Farm manger and presentation on monthly meeting

• Conform with ESH procedure, OHSAS18001, regulatory compliance and business conduct

• All tasks assigned by Farm manger

1. BS – Plant Pathology, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agronomy or related field

2. Male or Female

3. Result and team oriented

4. Positive and can-do attitude

5. Able to work in Chiang Rai province
