• Ensure excellent HR standards are in place across ASEAN and readily measured.
• Ensure that Business Units have robust, meaningful and timely HR reporting.
• Provide HR analysis of business unit performance, strategies and capital expenditure proposals.
• Plan, lead and manage the HR responsibilities for acquisitions divestments and commercial deals in the ASEAN region.
• Contribute to monthly HR reports as necessary, highlighting key issues as appropriate.
• Provide leadership, management, coaching and mentoring to the HR professionals and other agreed personnel within the ASEAN region.
• Be responsible for the payroll of all employees and maintain the governance standards in this area including ongoing efficiency review of local payroll software for Thailand operations and service review of outsourcing vendors oversea.
• Support line managers in the management of any employee disputes.
• Participate in the development of the Asia HR Strategy and programs.
• Oversee premises as well as coordination and communication between all operational functions.
• Contribute to short long-term organizational planning and strategy in support of the Senior Management Team.
• Provide leadership in all financial matters in relation to HR, including budget development, planning reporting; managing the financial HR reporting of project funded activities, pension scheme, employee benefits, and group life insurances.
• Line manage Office Coordinator as head of HR Administration Team.
• Lead on short and long-term financial and managerial reporting in relation to staff cost.
• Track large spend items across HR and monitor relief needs and headcount budget movements within or outside HR.
• Maintain ongoing communication with HR Budget Leads and Executive Office regarding budget status, deadlines and milestones.

• Lead monthly and annual accrual process and relevant report submission including Contribution Report of the Employee Provident Fund, Contribution Reports of the Social Security and Workmen’s Compensation, Contribution Report of the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act (2007), etc.
