• To be response to Guide way beam installation and transportation planning.
• Cost control of machine plan and direct and indirect labor.
• Coordinate with civil team, and sub-contractor and GWB manufacturer plan to ensure that the site works consistently.
• Planning and managing Steel work and platform support onsite for GWB erection.

• Manage and control 4M – manpower, machine, material and method to comply with plan.
• Develop and adheres to the manpower cost, timeline and quality control plan.
• Involve engage in Safety Activity and initiative: Safety week, 5S, wear proper PPE.
• Co-meeting with EGAT, Gulf, MHI and fabrication shop the schedule plan, reporting and on-site problem solving to be consistent with master plan and finish the work on time.
• To expedite task that risk be delay by onsite meeting daily and setup task sequencing with others concerning and monitoring day-by-day.
