- Control and follow-up the new products launching schedule
- Organize training plan to develop skill for the production team, QC QA Team and warehouse team.
- Review and improve the manpower planning for production team, QC QA team and warehouse team.
2. Quality Operation System
- Setup and improve the Quality Control System, QM, SOP, WI, Form Report JD and KPI
- Monitor the product quality compliance or claim form store or customer.
- Setup quality inspection system training agenda
- Consult and review transportation routes and manpower plan with top management and warehouse manager
- Consult and develop the first lot and auto products replenishment report to department store shop with Sales Admin Team
- Generate and develop the monthly sales commission report for PC
- Generate and develop the Gross Profit (GP) report for Accounting Department
3. Management
- Create and review management team the Company’s business flow for all departments
- Create and review with management team the OKR for all department
- Implement and consult the sales team daily meeting to monitor YTD, MTD, STR with power BI, Excel Pivot table.
- Set agendas and follow-up the Executive Committee Meeting (CEO, COO, CPO , CMO, CCO)
- Analyze and optimize sell-through rate, End-of-life (EOL) by model with production team and sales team
- Create and follow-up the special or new project timeline e.g.
o Implement and audit the new warehouse project with warehouse manager
o Products cost down, working process cost and negotiate project
