Our client provides supply chain solutions for the beverage industry
Work Location: Bangkok
Artemis is now seeking for a Pallet Control Reconciliation Analyst with at least 3 years of working experience.
Responsibilities

• Check and confirm correct distance between hirer and trading partner in order to understand transport time
• Identify critical and important trends within the entire pallet network
• Summarize and follow up pallet transportation (Empty pallet transfer both wood and plastic between warehouses and factories)
• Plan pallet utilization to serve hirer sufficiency – strategic
• Provide information to customer re: username, password
• Prepare document for account approval and open pallet account in the system (WPCS or PCS)
• Follow up on pending transfer movement or incomplete PCD/ECD dockets
• Follow up on pending transfer movement of Loss/Damage PCD/ECD dockets
• Identify and summarize delay transportation costs send to Account team to issue billing to sub-contractors
• Summarize monthly plastic pallet rental amounts and revenues
• Make an issue memo for billing
• Monitor monthly open/closing balance include reconciliation of system.
• CSC monitoring status.

1. At least a Bachelor degree in Commerce, Engineering or similar field

2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

3. Analytical and systematic thinking required

4. Strong and good in numeric

5. In-depth understanding of pallet systems
