Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Drive Sales Growth. Develop Sales Strategies, plan and goal for team aligning with corporate strategies and ensure team strategies and plan effectively
2. Solution Selling Management and Performance. Analyze in-depth client potential information and turn to business. Provide consultation and alternatives solutions to clients. Propose the products and services which meet the customer needs in order to expand the numbers of new customers and create opportunities with Strategic, Existing and Regional Accounts
3. Customer Relationship Management. Manage and analyze accounts/customers’ CRM database including new related to customers to find sales opportunities. Utilize CRM and other information to plan and communicate the customer relationship strategies and action plan to team members in order to drive sales volume or turning to be solution account

1. At least 10 years’ experience selling B2B premium business solutions to Top executive level and senior level clients. Ideally experience selling assessment, training, development, and/or OD/HR consulting solutions at the top of the market will be benefit.

2. Experience of both sales and servicing is required, as this is not a one-time sales model. We are looking for someone who can acquire, retain, and grow clients over time

3. Experience of working with senior client figures, both local and expatriate. This role will require the person to sell at the Senior Manager/Director/C-level.

4. Broad experience of client segments is desirable – experience selling to ‘Western’ multinationals, locally-headquartered multinationals, large family businesses, and the government sector. The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that he/she is comfortable adapting to different business cultures (national and organizational) and models

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
