HR
1.Responsible for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, training and development, company’s regulations and employee relations
2.Plan and utilize the most effective talent acquisition channel to attract the best fit candidates for the functions
3.Manage compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure that they are competitive, align with the business objectives and legal compliance
4.Handle company’s payroll processing
5.Provide guidance and consult on HR issues when requested or when needed to improve company’s performance
6.Prepare reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters
7.Other tasks assigned by expatriate CEO
8.Manage training plans and other organization development programs that align with the business objectives
Admin
1.Lead overall function of multi-scope of administration, manage/guide subordinates by advice, counseling and decision making
2.Handle daily office administration
3.Liaison with the government agencies for related jobs
Outsource Management (Security, Maid, other 4.subcontractors)

1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any related fields

2. At least 5 years’ experience in managing Human Resources and Administration functions in a multi - cultural environment

3. Experienced in Logistics company is a plus

4. Strong knowledge in Thai Labor Law

5. Excellent command in English

6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, and effective listening skills

7. Computer literacy
