You will assist with the Corporate and Notary Service teams as follows:
• Provide consultation to Thai and foreign clients for corporate matters
• Preparing of the relevant documents related to company registration, amendments and licensing application.
• Filing and submitting the application with the Department of Business Development, Revenue Department, Social Security, Banks and other government or private authorities
• Dealing with the government officer of any queries or issue raised by clients
• Researching on pertinent legal matters
• Work with other consultants to ensure client emails and inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
• Other works as assigned by the Manager

1. Thai national

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a reputable university

3. Outstanding academic background

4. Strong command of the English language

5. Thai lawyer license

6. Notarial services license required

7. Passionate about working within a diverse and international team environment

8. Competent, highly responsible and self-motivated

9. Excellent presentation skills
